The Opportunity
We are seeking an inspiring Chair of the Board of Trustees to lead the board and support a respected organisation at the heart of its community.
You will provide strategic direction, ensure strong governance whilst championing our mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the board and ensure its effective operation
• Provide strategic oversight
• Chair board meetings
• Support and challenge leadership
• Act as an ambassador
• Ensure good governance
• Attend finance sub committee meetings
Who We’re Looking For
• Commitment to community-led arts and inclusion
• Governance or leadership experience
• Strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Integrity and empathy
• Understanding of accounts and charity finance
